Whittamore's Raspberry Cheese Roll-Ups
Raspberry Sauce:
1 cup fresh Whittamore's raspberries
1 tbsp. Whittamore's Peach-Orange marmalade
1 tbsp. Whittamore's Strawberry-Rhubarb jam
1 tbsp. maple syrup
Mash the raspberries in a medium sized bowl. Combine with Peach-Orange marmalade, Strawberry-Rhubarb jam and maple syrup. Let stand for 1 hour.
Preparation for Wraps:
1 package of 10 large wraps
1 500 gram package of cream cheese (at room temperature)
Lay out the wraps individually on a counter top. Then thinly spread cream cheese. Ladle a thick layer of the raspberry sauce on the cream cheese. Roll up wraps. Chill for one hour and then slice approximately ½" thick on a diagonal. Serve and enjoy.
