Spoon this versatile favourite over angel food cake or plain cheesecake. It is also great served over crepes filled with vanilla ice cream. YUM!
Triple Berry Sauce
3 cups sliced strawberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 cup water
Wash and drain berries; place in bowl. In a small saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch; add water. Cook, stirring, over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil; boil for 1 minute. Pour over berries; stir well. refrigerate at least one hour before serving, and up to 24 hours.
